Assembly & Finishing
Formold can add value by assembling any component or sub assembly direct to the customer's shop floor. Additional operations such as painting, screen printing and packaging can easily be accomodated.
Design
Formold can assist with the design of any product, or if given a brief, design and prototype the product for the customer.
Using Formold's technical expertise at the design stage can often save money by understanding "what" can be formed and "what" is achievable, so their technical team work closely with Designers and Marketeers.
Formold use Mastercam software and can accept most design package files.
Tooling
Formold produces tooling in house, or if capacity becomes a problem, three quality approved toolmakers are used.
Formold's 8 pressure formers can form plastic from 250 micron to 8mm.
Pressure Forming is used to produce injection moulding quality, high definition plastic component parts, housings and containers to a variety of industries. All of Formold's products are made with Pressure Forming.

CNC Routing
On thicker products or finished components, parts are cut on CNC routers to give a quality finish
