Design
PFS can assist with the design of any product, or if given a brief, design and prototype the product for the customer.
Using Pressure Form's technical expertise at the design stage can often save money by understanding "what" can be formed and "what" is achievable, so their technical team work closely with Designers and Marketeers.
Pressure Form use Mastercam software and can accept most design package files.
Tooling
PFS produces tooling in house, or if capacity becomes a problem, three quality approved toolmakers are used.
Aliminium or Cast
We can supply both types of tooling. For in line machines, cutters and stackers are also produced.
For small runs wooden tools arre often made, which helps cut down on the cost.
CNC Routing
On thicker products or finished components, parts are cut on CNC routers to give a quality finish
